Why are we so committed to generative AI technology?
We are a company that loves new technology.
With the release of ChatGPT in November 2022, we were blown away by the AI’s ability to output incredibly natural sentences. We conducted various experiments using the API, released in March 2023.
Initially, we created a website that automatically generated short stories and a system that allowed users to converse with the AI through an avatar. At first, it took 30 seconds for a response to be returned. That was our start. Since then, we have continuously experimented with new technologies and created various prototypes. We
also launched an internal project called the “Generative AI No. 1 Project” to improve our company’s generative AI literacy, strengthening our three pillars: building development experience, fully utilizing tools, and communicating externally. We continue to engage in activities such as creating our company’s official song and uniforms using generative AI, striving to create a company that is adaptable to the age of generative AI.
While we have accumulated considerable knowledge and expertise on generative AI within the company, we have long struggled to utilize this knowledge and knowledge to benefit our customers.
