Maximizing Productivity with Generative AI – Scuti’s AI Ambassador Program
At Scuti, we’ve introduced an internal initiative called the “AI Ambassador Program” to actively promote the use of generative AI company-wide.
This program assigns AI Ambassadors to each department. Their role is to understand and visualize how generative AI is currently being utilized in day-to-day tasks and to identify which operations can be replaced or supported by AI tools. These insights are shared regularly, enabling swift and informed decision-making at the management level.
For instance, one development team discovered that they could save 6 hours per week by using automation tools like Make.com to assist in researching the latest papers. Tasks that previously required several hours can now be completed in just 15 minutes.
In addition to collecting input from each department, I also regularly share the latest trends and updates in generative AI with our AI Ambassadors. This provides them with hints and inspiration for practical application in their respective domains.
As professionals in AI development, we make it a priority to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. At the same time, we are committed to using generative AI internally to continuously improve our productivity.
